When do I get my order?

For standard poster orders, expect a turnaround time of 3-5 business days. For projects with added complexity, ask us for an estimated turnaround time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. To arrange for pick-up, please contact us before placing an order.

Can you help me design a project?

We only provide printed collateral. If you need help, we are happy to recommend a graphic designer.

How do I submit design files?

We accept files by email directly. For large files, you can upload it from wetransfer.com. For best results, submit a high-resolution PDF. Aim for 300 DPI at 100% size, and add a ¼″ bleed. We also accept high-quality TIFF, JPG or PNG files.
